Look what I just found!!!

The bottle I just found:

Screen cap of Ennan VI ale:

Screen cap of Altairian Brandy:

My bottle is not the same one -- not enough ridges on the neck -- but it's close enough for me!!!! I have been looking for this for so long....

Thanks for the welcome, Bill! I actually joined late last year but have just now found time to post.

I have the Official Star Trek Cookbook, something called "Quark's Guide to Cocktails" that I found on eBay, and an Intergalactic one I found online. I read them all and then did my own thing.

Finagle's Folly actually was on my list of potential drinks but couldn't find anything that looked appropriate and tasted good. Maybe next year.

Thanks for the link to the Trekker's cookbook. I will add it to our collection and, who knows, maybe there will be something useful in it. I'm not a fan of AMF drinks, though, so the Southern Comfort-Peppermint Schnapps combo is out!

No Problem quarksbarb, If you do get the Trekker's cookbook I think you'll enjoy it.

Hi QuaraksBarb,

I guess that Unkle_Kahn sent you already the vector files I had on HD from Quark's Bar. About 12 years ago I created some labels from drinks which were only mentioned in DS9 for a convention.
Here's my collection:

Most of these bottles I found on flea markets and thrift stores. BTW: Great job on the menue card on your website.

Keep on trekking

Thank you, Dietrich! I used your graphic for the background. I'm using a lot of your graphics, BTW, so thank you for making them public. My favorite is the "Turbotoilet, where no man as gone before"! LOL!

I like your collection! While I appreciate found items that are identical to the screen used ones I'm just as impressed with 'what might have been' -- fan-designed items that fill in the blanks. Especially when it's done with a bit of humor.

Where did you get the large tray everything is displayed on? I want one....

Thanks for the kind words Barb,

the large tray is actually a 3 feet diameter UFP logo which I made from plastic and cardboard for the Starlight Union convention in Hanover, Germany way back in 1993.

BTW: Did you see my "Borg Assimilation Donor Card"? http://cmdrkerner.deviantart.com/art...Card-139778784

So long and keep on trekking

Dietrich

Hi Barb,
To answer your question: "Oops! I forgot one other thing I haven't been able to figure out on my own: Terry, on some of your bottles there is a small square holographic sticker with the Ferengi stamp on it. Where did you find holographic paper that would go through a printer?"
I got the holographic ink jet paper at a web site called Papilio, www.papilio.com.
They also sell all kinds if different types of special ink jet papers there as well.
I hope that helps.

By the way, welcome to the board. It is a pretty cool place, and you will find the people here are very helpful and supportive.

Terry

These bottles are great small projects.

Are the old Jose Cuervo bottles still available to make bloodwine bottles? I am looking to purchase a bloodwine mug, where can one find this type of measuring cup?

Thanks for your help!

Thanks, Terry! I will see whether their paper will work with my printer.

I just ordered one pack of their removable waterproof paper and some UV laminate. They were out of the holographic paper and, seeing that, I remember trying to order it from them last year and they were out so they must have discontinued it. I may call them tomorrow and ask.

Thanks again for the link!
